Our training is setup in Modules so you can join the program any month. Once you complete all modules required for the program of choice you will receive a certificate of completion to apply for Yoga Alliance. The Application can be found on the Registration & Dates tab. Once your application is received you will receive an email to pay the deposit. You can pay the deposit by clicking on the deposit link below or going to the Registration & Dates tab. The rest of the fees will be due the first day of class.

The program is divided into a total of 9 modules and the student
has the flexibility of joining the program anytime to complete
a total of 9 weekends. If you miss a weekend of training
then you have the option to make up that missed
module during our Fast Track.

The 5 categories below are required by Yoga Alliance to receive a 200 hour RYT.
Techniques Training/Practice: Includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, meditation and other traditional yoga techniques. The training includes analytical and guided practice of the techniques.
Methodology: Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting of postures. How to address the specific needs of individuals. Business aspects of teaching yoga.
Anatomy and Physiology: Human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc) and also included is energy anatomy and physiologh (chakras, nadis, etc). Includes both the study of anatomy and physiology along with its application to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns, etc).
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics: Includes the study of yoga philosohies (such as the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Bhagavad Gita), yoga lifestyle (concepts of dharma and karma), and ethics of yoga. Understanding the value of teaching yoga as a service and being of service to others (seva).
After many years of working with professionals, single or stay at home moms, we have finally offered a program that will bring the high standards of our training to students who have limited availability but are commited to the in depth studies of the Yoga Practice.
The Flexi Choice Program allows you to complete the 200 Hour Training as a combination of Weekday and Weekend training based on your availability. Our experienced Training Team will work with each individual to complete all 9 modules of training for the 200 Hours as published in our YA Curriculum. We will track all the modules and hours required to complete the entire curriculum.
