My journey with yoga began in 2007, when I began attending classes to help treat my anxiety. After a few years of an “on again, off again” relationship, I stepped back on the mat in 2013 and never looked back. Yoga to me is an antidote to daily stress, a key ingredient to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and most importantly: it’s fun! I gained her 200-hour teacher certificate in 2016 from Namah Shivaya and continues to learn and grow with every class I take and teach. When I'm not practicing or teaching (or working), I like to spend my time running, cooking, and binge watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (hey, everyone’s got a guilty pleasure!).
